I am a calm and person-centred photographer and family man who should have shaved before I took my photo.

(I have been told).

I've been married to Adrienne (who told me) since 1990 and have 3 grown up boys who are in various stages of leaving home. As well as Portraits, Weddings and Festivals I love the outdoors and the photographic challenges it presents. I have enjoyed my photography for 40 years or so but only now find the time to indulge my passion.

It's all about the light, and that moment; but to capture that light I use a lot of Nikon gear - currently a Z7ii, D810 and Nikon 7100  and various primes and zooms. I have a Canon Pro-1 printer and can reproduce any of my images on Archive Quality Canson Infinity Paper in various sizes up to A3+.

What's my style? I like the natural and honest look. I take all the images and process them myself. I do remove spots and process an image for optimum quality but don't produce heavily photoshopped images.
